Broadly, this course is designed with a focus on the salient features of Total Reward Management from a Strategic and Operations perspective. Total Rewards Management has emerged in the industry as a key tool for retaining competitive advantage on the people front which in turn, can be effectively leveraged for organizational growth in an intensely disruptive, competitive, high pressure business environment. Through an integrated framework this course will steer through employee Compensation Strategies, Rewards, Benefits etc and help students understand their role in attracting, retaining and developing Human Capital as a key enabler of business strategy driving organizational growth and profitability.

Performance management is the process of assessing and improving employee performance to enhance organizational effectiveness. It involves setting clear goals and expectations, providing feedback and coaching, and evaluating employee performance against established criteria. The goal of performance management is to align employee performance with organizational objectives, enhance employee engagement and job satisfaction, and ultimately improve organizational productivity and success. This course explains the concept and purpose of Performance Management and Appreciate PM as a tool for inducing and sustaining change. It indicates how to apply the key tools of PM and create and/or redesign a PM tool for an organization. This course helps in conducting performance reviews and feedback. And links PM to L&D and Total Reward Management.
