Prof. Bagchi brings with him a blend of rich experience from the industry and academia. He has served in senior leadership positions in the industry with a tenure in consulting with a leading management consulting firm. A former Dean at ICFAI Business School and Kaziranga University School of Business, he has spent nearly two decades in academics.
His current research interests include Organizational Change Management and New Age Human Resource Management.
